What is YGY?

As someone who finds exercise a passion, I initially coined the term YGY (Y'all Gym Yet) as a way to ask my friends and family if they've exercised today. At first it went from something I'd text in group chats, to posting pictures of the gym on my Instagram story with only 3 letters as the caption: YGY? From there it became something much more than a saying, but a daily lifestyle. It wasn't until people persuaded me to make gym clothes, that I experimented with the idea of creating a brand. More than a saying, more than a clothing line, YGY is a lifestyle dedicated to helping people crush their fitness goals and encouraging others to commit to exercising.
